Elena Averkina, animal artist, is born in 1967 in Mogilev (Belarus).

She is engaged in painting since 2001 without special education. She started as amateur and now, she has an active participation in three international exhibitions mounted "Equiros", held in Moscow; she participated in the first republican exhibition "Partner Horse", held in Belarus in 2008.

They also had not-as-man shows - at the Regional House of Culture in Mogilev, in the Museum of. Belynitsky-Birula, Mogilev, BSU Physical Culture and Sport in Minsk, Belarusian National Technical University in Minsk, continuing involvement in the events of House of Friendship of Peoples of Belarus.

She paints a picture of any animal and human portraits.  The largest work to date has dimensions 180h180 cm and is located in the Mogilev equestrian arena.
