I am an oil painter who paints daily with a portion of every sale dedicated to helping homeless animals in rescue. I am a founding artist-member of ART HELP ING ANIMALS (http://www.arthelpinganimals.com) an international fellowship of professional artists with a passion to help animals in need through the sale of their artwork.

My education in oil painting began with the essentials taught by the artist John 'jack' Coldwell. He taught me how to see which was the foundation of all the rest of my work. I paint in a realistic style with a love of still life but gain a great deal of satisfaction in my work depicting animals.
I have several in-progress and on-going series of oils that have sold very well.
The Rainbow Bridge series of Angels and Animals, the Cat & Mouse-toy tales, and the Big Cat series have been well received. All the pieces have sold to date.

I have been published, have had articles regarding my work in several news articles, interviewed and my work has been consistantly collected and is in private collections around the globe. In past years I exhibited and the work has won awards...in the last several years I have been working continuously and have not had the time to exhibit as I have done in the past.

I am in the studio every day pursuing my passion and purpose.
